We partnered with our good friend and Head Barista of Soho House Mr. Gabriel Navarro to walk us through the making of a perfect pour over coffee. Here it is!
Step 1: Boil 1 ½ cup of water
Step 2: Place and wet filter on your pour over
Step 3: Grind 30g of your favorite coffee beans and put in the filter
Step 4: Pour ¼ of a cup of hot water and let it bloom (cook) for 40 sec
Step 5: Gently pour the rest of the 1 ¼ hot water after the blooming period
