'Andre Jr. Ayotte and Mackenzie Duncan have infused an old-school business with new-school business strategy.   The two high-school friends are co-founders of JM & Sons, a Toronto-based furniture manufacturer that combines woodworking techniques passed down through generations with modern branding, social media strategies and an ecommerce store.   Ayotte, an MBA graduate from the Rotman School of Management with a background in commerce, and Duncan, a fashion photographer and founder of the NGO Apathy is Boring — which strives to educated children about democracy through art and technology — are both passionate about making something onto which they can proudly put their names, or at least their initials'
